My name is Angela and I am an interior designer, teacher aide and artist. I love to create beautiful residential spaces for my clients and working with people from all walks of life. I have been a teacher aide for over 8 years and have the teaching and creative skills to help people bring more joy and creativity into their lives.The reason I started running mindfulness art workshops is because creating art allows me to process strong emotions including grief and gives our brains and bodies much needed rest to cope with our busy lives.
