Leah Lai is a Brisbane-based Artist whose work explores her concerns surrounding social issues and moral dilemmas. Her paintings – are one step removed from reality as they - promote humour and romance through visual metaphor. This serves as a powerful method of communicating situational complexity to the world beyond the self.

She has over two years of experience teaching kids and adults and hosting art workshops and events in art schools and art studios.

She was a finalist at The Doyles Art Award 2022 and her award-winning artworks are displayed at Uncommon Ground Gallery.
