The Barbecue Mafia was founded in 2013 by two lads from Brisbane and then later joined by two more, all crazy about American style low 'n' slow barbecue. What started as a competition team competing all over Australia has turned into what you see today. It's been a crazy ride so far. If you haven’t tasted the Mafia-fare, you’re not living!
