What you'll do

Get Into Watercolour Painting

Learn how just with a few strokes you can create beautiful native Australian flowers in this easy painting class!

Use varied strokes to build petals, leaves, and textures while getting comfortable with your brush.

Brush Up on the Basics

Perfect for beginners, you will learn easy watercolour painting techniques, like how to get wet-in-wet effect and painting in two or three layers to work in detail.

Create and Take Home Artworks

Play around with Bottlebrush, Golden Wattle, Gumtree, Kangaroo Paw, Eucalyptus...the possibilities are up to you!

By the end, you will have created three beautiful native flower paintings to take home.

You don't need any expensive materials and you can create wonderful things in just a few minutes. Watercolour painting is creative and relaxing at the same time.

Class details:

Location: One Table Cafe - 211 Parklands Blvd, Little Mountain Qld 4551

Times: Mo - Fri 10am - 2pm, Sat 10am - 12 noon

Group size: 2 - 15 people

The class will be conducted in small groups, ensuring individual attention and a supportive environment.

But if you prefer a more intimate setting, we also offer private classes. Simply let us know where on the Sunshine Coast you'd like the class to take place and we'll set up the workspace!

Private classes at your own home or special location on request:

(3-15 people Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm) + $40 for travel

The adult/guardian may observe at the class for free.

Support workers can accompany their client for free.

I wish we had more info on paper regarding what brushes we didn't get to use were used for. And paper weight...we had forgotten by the time we got home. The fee was quite steep for a quite noisy venue. Otherwise it was good.
