My love of baking was formed at a very young age and some of my fondest memories as a child are when I was helping my Mother and Grandmother in the kitchen. Whilst I love all forms of cooking, baking is my favourite. I love to try new recipes and techniques and have developed some of my own recipes. My decorating skills were not always as they are now but I always strived to improve. It was by accident, after a friend gifted me a decorating class almost 10 years ago, that I fell in love with cake decorating.
