I am a meditation coach located in regional Victoria guiding participants to meditate one breath at a time. I started meditating 25 years ago during a very challenging time in my life. I was privileged to meet a Reiki master who taught me to meditate. This started my journey to study and practice massage and Reiki. I paused my healing and teaching work while raising a family and pursuing a corporate career. My focus currently is to care for my family and teach meditation. I teach group meditation locally and in person, running both an introductory program and a regular group practice. A corporate course is also available to be run at workplaces in Bendigo, Central Victoria and Melbourne.
