Burnt Brims Custom Hats started as a small spark—literally! Sharon first picked up a burner to make custom hats for family Christmas gifts. What began as a heartfelt gesture quickly turned into a creative obsession. As she perfected her craft, she realized not only was she really good at it, but it also sparked a sense of healing after the passing of her dad, who had always been her biggest supporter. Determined to turn her passion into something bigger, Sharon decided to share her fiery love for custom hat-burning with the world, and Burnt Brims was born!In just a few years, Burnt Brims has grown from a solo project to a full-blown business, but Sharon’s favorite part?
