5/5 from Sharon McRae, attended Sep 2026: We loved our experience. We painted the ceramic bowls. The teacher was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of good tips.
5/5 from Catharine Donald, attended Apr 2026: Lovely teacher and setup :) super fun and relaxing, lots of patterns to choose from
3/5 from Jennika Callaghan, attended Feb 2026: I gave 3 stars because the room seemed overbooked/crowded and my friends felt hot, the teacher seemed too busy and a little flustered/irritated, which meant our instructions were minimal and we had to wait some time for help. We received paper cups (!?) for our wine, which we had to ask for twice, and despite there being Turkish tea and baklava offered, neither was made available or offered. We weren't even allowed to mix our own colours! My friends had gone before and described a better experience where you were given a choice of patterns (we weren't) better instructions and just generally better service with the tea etc, so it was a bit disappointing. I wss thinking of bringing friends, but probably won't because I am not confident that it would be a goood experience.
5/5 from Ingrid Powderham, attended Oct 2025: Lovely afternoon, great instructor guiding us to relax and enjoy the process of painting a blessing plate. Lovely apple tea and Turkish delight. Would recommend the activity and the instructor.
5/5 from Rosanna Griffith-Mumby, attended Sep 2025: My friend and I thought this workshop was fabulous. We found the two and a half hours flew by as we were so engrossed in our dot painting while chatting and enjoying the bubbles that we'd bought (of which the class provided cute glasses). We got good instruction from Geena and she came to check up on us from time to time but wasn't intrusive. The apple tea and delicious Turkish delight were a great touch. Would definitely do a similar class again.
5/5 from Tahlei Armstrong, attended Sep 2025: The teacher was so lovely, and the class was super fun!
5/5 from Pui Ling Ng, attended Aug 2025: This was so fun and relaxing! All materials provided, easy instructions and you can just go at your own pace designing your personal masterpiece Best of all, you can take something home as a memento of your experience that is useful and decorative! A worthwhile experience for sure
5/5 from Phoebe McLaren, attended Jul 2025: Gina was a very thoughtful, welcoming and knowledgeable instructor. I would recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun, mindful activity to do with loved ones
5/5 from Andreas Siasios, attended Apr 2025: Excellent
5/5 from Namratha Naidu, attended Feb 2025: This was such a fun and relaxing class! We took a little longer at the end and the teachers were nice enough to let us stay and finish. All the tools and paints are given and the music just set the tone. My friends and I had so much fun and we are already planning to book in another class soon. The tea and treat were also delicious. Highly recommended!!
5/5 from Megan Langham, attended Jan 2025: Great value class with all materials provided and flexibility to design exactly what you liked. The amount of time allocated was perfect. I loved that the instructors gave us tea and homemade Turkish delight. Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
5/5 from Anel Heyman, attended Dec 2024: I attended this workshop with my mum and we had a great time. The teacher gave good instructions but also allowed us to enjoy our own creative process throughout the session. The apple tea and homemade biscuit was a lovely addition.
5/5 from Alisha Butt, attended Nov 2024: Very relaxing and pleasant experience, I was able to really focus on my painting so I am very satisfied with how they turned out! Would definitely recommend!
5/5 from Suzanne Dang, attended Nov 2024: My fourth (fifth?) time doing a class with Art Masterclass Fortitude Valley. Staff always lovely, and I enjoyed it very much.

5/5 from Emma Spina, attended Sep 2024: So much fun! I love that you an go at your own pace and really get in the painting zone. Thanks for a great afternoon!!!
2/5 from Leanne Calderwood, attended Sep 2024: Hi, I attend on Friday night with a couple of friends for the ceramic paint and sip 5-7pm. At the time we were disappointed that there was no real instruction given, no painting tips or demonstration. We were simply given a box that curtained our ceramics to paint, and had a selection of paints on the table. We were only given very fine brushes, and dotters. Half of the paints on the table were empty and there were no replacements for the empty colours. When we asked how to do certain techniques, the ‘teacher/instructor’ was lovely and polite, but didn’t seem to have any painting experience. Once home, my friend followed the instructions to set the paint in the oven and her plate came out with hairline cracks all over the top. I have been to other ceramic paint and sips, and many paint and sip experiences, and sadly this one was the most disappointing. For $69 dollars each we were expecting some more support, otherwise we could have done a home kit for much cheaper. One of my friends also couldn’t make it and we were advised we could get a credit voucher for her to attend at another time. Can you please let me know how to organise this. Sorry to give such feedback, I wouldn’t normally say anything, but it was my birthday and I was hoping for a fun evening with friends.
5/5 from Trish Mackie-Smith, attended Aug 2024: A fun & creative way to celebrate a special event with special girlfriends! Our super friendly & patient teacher helped us craft amazing masterpieces as mementos!
5/5 from Katie Forbes, attended Aug 2024: The ceramic painting class was fantastic. Our teacher was so helpful and patient and showed us how to follow the markings or do our own thing. The four mini bowls were easy to paint and everything was provided, including painting materials, aprons, tea and Turkish delight.
4/5 from Rebecca Sochanik, attended Jul 2024: Elle, the instructor, was lovely and really helpful and passionate. The environment was really calming, and all the materials and equipment were provided and of high quality. The only downside was that the bowls were pre printed with patterns so we were restricted with what we could do. I would have liked the option for at least 1 plain bowl to be able to create my own design. But it was a great experience for my daughter (16) and I. I would recommend to others.
5/5 from Edward Chung, attended Jun 2024: Great class! Was really fun! Do recommend for a fun date idea! Basak was a great instructor!
5/5 from Sandra, attended Jun 2024: A work gathering for Tamara's birthday. Lovely to be doing so creative with our time instead of being busy. Very enjoyable & good fun.
4/5 from Michelle Evans, attended Jun 2024: It was fun to do my own thing, and when I needed help or had questions, teacher was there to help! She was very friendly, and looking forward to booking in for lamp one next! :)
5/5 from Daniel Spencer, attended May 2024: We really enjoyed the experience painting the small bowls, and the teacher was so friendly and helpful!
