What you'll do
On the search for fun pottery classes in Brisbane? Sink your hands into clay and make your own ceramic plant pot with Mitra Ceramic House!
In this workshop you will be introduced to the wonderful world of clay where you will learn about:
- Different types of clay
- Wedging/Kneading clay
- A basic technique of making a plant pot
- Adding texture to your plant pot
- How to apply natural slip-on fresh clay and decorate your plant pot
Your plant pot will be bisque-fired and they will be ready for collection approximately three to four weeks after the workshop.
Please note:
- You can either make one big plant pot or two small size plant pots.
- Workshop length varies from one and a half to two hours depending on how much time you would like to spend on decorating your pots.
