Arrive and settle

Arrive and Settle

Take a few minutes to get comfortable before we begin our Zoom session.
There's nothing to prepare; just settle in wherever feels right for you.

Coaching conversation

Coaching Conversation

A gentle space to explore what's really going on beneath the overwhelm. Intuitive, mindset-focused conversation, at your own pace.

Grounding meditation

Grounding Meditation

A short guided meditation to settle the mind and ease into a calm, present state before we begin creating.

Creative practice

Creative Practice

A guided watercolour practice, taught step by step. Simple, calming, and something you can keep returning to long after the session ends. The rest of the world quietens, and you drop into calm, absorbed focus.

Take it Further

Take It Further

Your visual diary becomes an ongoing practice, not just a one-off page — the real gift is making time for yourself part of your rhythm. Come back whenever you need to reset.

This is a private, one-on-one session for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of space to reconnect with themselves. Blending intuitive mindset coaching with my fine arts background, we spend two hours moving between honest conversation and creative expression — whatever combination serves you best on the day.
The first 45 minutes are coaching — a space to talk through what's weighing on you, gain clarity, and work through whatever's keeping you feeling stuck. No fixed agenda beyond wherever you need to go.
After a short 10-minute break, we move into a grounded meditation (approx. 10 mins): a short guided meditation to settle your mind and ease into a calm, present state before we begin creating.
55 minutes of guided creative practice — using watercolours, I'll guide you through a simple meditative pattern-making practice. There's something quite calming about finding that rhythm: once the pattern starts to flow, the rest of the world quietens, and you drop into a state of calm, absorbed focus.
No painting experience needed — this isn't about creating a masterpiece; it's about the meditative process of repetition itself.
This session is held online, so you can join from wherever feels most comfortable.
What to expect:
  • Take a few minutes to get comfortable before we begin. There's no need to prepare anything in advance.
  • Coaching (45 minutes): An open, supportive space to talk through what's on your mind, gently guided rather than directed.
  • A Short Break (10 minutes): Step away, breathe, make a tea—whatever helps you transition.
  • Grounding Meditation (10 mins): A short guided meditation to settle your mind and ease into a calm, present state before we begin creating.
  • Creative Practice (55 minutes): Using simple art materials, we explore whatever feels most useful—reflection, calm, or creative play—guided at your pace.
  • Leave with a little more clarity and a simple creative practice you can return to whenever you need it.

  • A few sheets of paper towel

I'm a full-time artist based in Perth, working in painting (acrylics, oils & watercolour), digital art & artists' books.
My path here wasn't a straight line — a Diploma in Costume Design (WAAPA), 14 years living abroad across multiple cultures, then a return to study: a Certificate IV in Visual Arts, followed by a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts, completed in 2020. My one-day workshops at Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre 2021-2022 consistently sold out.
I commenced painting when my Dad was in palliative care, following my own intuition and trusting it. It's only when you front up to the easel on a regular basis that the "magic" begins to happen.
That's still the heart of what I do — helping people find their own joy in creating. Come as you are, and see where it takes you.
