I'm a full-time artist based in Perth, working in painting (acrylics, oils & watercolour), digital art & artists' books.My path here wasn't a straight line — a Diploma in Costume Design (WAAPA), 14 years living abroad across multiple cultures, then a return to study: a Certificate IV in Visual Arts, followed by a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts, completed in 2020. My one-day workshops at Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre 2021-2022 consistently sold out.I commenced painting when my Dad was in palliative care, following my own intuition and trusting it. It's only when you front up to the easel on a regular basis that the "magic" begins to happen.That's still the heart of what I do — helping people find their own joy in creating.
