What you'll do
Have you ever wanted to learn how to bake light fluffy cupcakes and then decorate them leaving friends and family requesting more? Come and learn how to make delicious and beautifully-decorated cupcakes in this hands-on class. You will learn to pipe utilising a variety of piping tips, plus so much more.
In this class, you will:
- Learn a delicious easy cupcake recipe you can replicate anywhere
- Learn a delicious creamy buttercream
- Learn the fundamentals of piping
- Learn to use different piping tips (nozzles)
- Learn to colour buttercream using professional food colours
- Decorate six cupcakes
At the end of this workshop, you will take home your own box of six cupcakes, made by you and decorated with buttercream, to enjoy and share with loved ones.
This class is structured for adult learners. Participants must be 18 years of age to attend. Due to insurance restrictions, this class is only open to over 18-year-olds.
Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 2 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS 2 day prior to the class.

My love of baking was formed at a very young age and some of my fondest memories as a child are when I was helping my Mother and Grandmother in the kitchen. Whilst I love all forms of cooking, baking is my favourite. I love to try new recipes and techniques and have developed some of my own recipes.
My decorating skills were not always as they are now but I always strived to improve. It was by accident, after a friend gifted me a decorating class almost 10 years ago, that I fell in love with cake decorating. Since then, I have sought out opportunities to improve my skills and have attended decorating classes with internationally renowned decorators.
