Guided by Janeen from The Accidental Caker, you'll learn how to pipe Swiss meringue buttercream using a variety of simple and effective piping tips.
Class outline:
- Be introduced to different types of Buttercreams – information session.
- Learn how to fill a piping bag - demonstration and practical.
- Learn how to pipe using three different tips (nozzles) – demonstration and practical.
Your friendly teacher, Janeen, is a local baker, caker and decorator, excited to help you take your hobby to the next level and wow your friends with your piping skills, which you can use for years to come to create adorable gift ideas!
At the end of your cupcake decorating class, take home your very own box of six cupcakes to enjoy!
Please note:
- This class does not cater for allergies or gluten intolerances.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to ensure you receive the allotted time.
- Six cupcakes (three vanilla, three chocolate), baked from scratch using the best quality ingredients
- Cake boxes for transporting your creations home
- All equipment necessary to decorate your cupcakes, including aprons
