  $120 (Afterpay available)

During this class, we will make a base curry recipe that can be adapted as either a vegetarian or meat-based curry, with a range of seasonal vegetables. This base curry can be used to make an endless variety of curry dinners.
We can mutually decide how mild or hot we'd like the curry, or separate the curry into versions with different levels of spiciness.
We will make Raita and Steamed Rice to serve alongside the curry.
We'll also learn to brew our own chai using a variety of spices, tea, and milks (dairy and nut-milk).
  • These classes workshops are demonstration style with participation options to enable you to try or practise the skills (for example stirring, chopping, and mixing).
  • During the class, you'll learn to make each of the foods, and then we'll sit down to share the food together.
Foods are generally made from scratch and use local, chemical-free, and sustainably produced ingredients where possible.
