Easter Centrepiece Willow Weaving Workshop

For seasonal gatherings, weaving by hand

2.5 hours Class size 1 to 10 guests

  $60 - $95 ($60 for Child; $95 for Adult) (Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 available)

Celebrate Easter in the cool-climate high country of Oberon with a hands-on willow weaving experience at Kenzell Farm. In this guided workshop, you will create a low-profile, egg-shaped willow centrepiece designed for autumn entertaining and seasonal styling. Using traditional freeweave techniques, you'll shape and secure your own sculptural piece—ready to display on an Easter table, long lunch setting, or farmhouse console.
Set among open paddocks and friendly alpacas, the experience reflects the journey from field to forest to table. Guests will enjoy a gentle paddock wander, a demonstration of willow weaving methods, and personalised guidance throughout the session.
The finished egg centrepiece is rustic, organic, and practical—perfect for styling with foliage, candles, or seasonal accents at home.

KENZELL FARM
KENZELL FARM

female Women-owned

Hi, I’m Jacqui, a maker, educator, and farm host based at Kenzell Farm in Oberon, on the edge of the Blue Mountains.
My love for working with natural materials comes from a lifetime surrounded by land, animals, and handmade traditions. What began as simple farm craft and problem-solving with wire, willow, and found materials has grown into a series of creative, hands-on workshops that celebrate slow making, sustainability, and connection to place.
Over the past few years, I’ve developed small-group experiences focused on weaving, shaping, and repurposing farm materials into functional and decorative pieces — from willow nests and sculptures to rustic wire forms and seasonal centrepieces.
