Expressive Monoprinting Class

Spend a fun day transforming simple materials into richly layered, one-of-a-kind prints!

5 hours Class size 1 to 8 guests

$220 - $230 (Earlybird price of $230 applies if you book into a public session 30+ days ahead, otherwise $230 per guest when you book for 1 guest, $220/guest for 2+ guests. $100 per class surcharge applies for private classes) (Afterpay available)

Experience the playfulness and excitement of monoprinting - this is a free and expressive type of printmaking using found objects to create one-of-a-kind and often unexpected images.
Experiment with a wide range of materials - paper stencils, leaves, mesh, feathers and string - to create vibrant, textural compositions. You'll also work on A5 sized printing plates, giving you space to explore scale, colour, and creative possibilities.
This class is the perfect next step after Sandra's Leaf Printing class. With the basics of monoprinting already under your belt, you'll build on those skills through a blend of simple planning, creative exploration and playful experimentation. Expect plenty of spontaneous moments, surprising discoveries and unique results along the way.
And if you haven't tried monoprinting, this is the perfect introduction to a fun technique that doesn't require any drawing or art skills - just an open mind and willingness to experiment and play.
