Hi, I am Fei, a tea lover and a teacher. I grew up in the Chinese countryside in Hunan province, a region renowned for its very rich soil and long tea-making history. Tea has been a part of my life from a young age, and every member of my family, from my siblings to my parents and aunts, are avid and knowledgeable tea drinkers. If you come to visit the family’s house, you won’t be able to leave without first enjoying a few cups during a Gongfu tea ceremony! I am both passionate about tea, and it is my dream to plant the seeds of tea appreciation in Australia.
