The passion for baking and cooking started in childhood for Janet Newton during the long Christmas holidays she spent baking with a Czechoslovakian family friend, Irene. Her ability to combine flavors and her passion for baking is infectious and will ensure students are transported into a wonderful, creative world of cooking during her classes.
