Hi, I’m Liney (Caroline) and I’m a certified Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner. My aim is to create a safe space where you can explore creative expression without the pressure to create something perfect. A safe space where the creative arts process steps in because sometimes words alone are not enough to process our emotions or navigate life’s transitions. Using a gentle blend of visual arts, mixed media, clay, journaling and holistic counselling, I help clients of all ages navigate stress, anxiety and personal growth.
