Heartfull Box was established in 2018 after my husband and I had experienced a miscarriage that left us both feeling overwhelming devastated.
Through this experience, I had started to practice a range of different types of self-care to help heal my heart. Through this journey, I had rediscovered my enthusiasm for creativity and passion for supporting other local small businesses.
My passion for connecting with the community, explored through creativity and self-care rituals was how Heartfull Box was formed... by the heart. For the past three years, I have been hosting a range of creative workshops and curating seasonal self-care subscription boxes filled with locally sourced products, aligned with your senses: sight, sound, taste, feel and scent.
Each Heartfullbox workshop is curated from the heart and will leave you feeling both inspired and supported.
