What you'll do
This class aims to demonstrate and teach the techniques required to decorate cookies with royal icing at an intermediate level after completion of one of the Beginners Royal Icing Classes. Students will be given instructions and explanations of the cookie decorating process, as well as hands-on assistance from the teacher. This class is designed to arm students with a fundamental grasp of the skills required to finish the cookies to a reasonable level, and then extend these skills through further practice. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify processes that are at the intermediate level of royal icing and take away enough knowledge and practice to continue their learning.
