  • 5/5 from Leanne Scott, attended Mar 2025: The class was incredibly informative and well-organized, with the perfect setting. Everyone worked at their own stations, each with their own burners and all the necessary equipment. We prepared a delicious coffee panna cotta and a Torta della Nonna. We made the shortcrust pastry from scratch and prepared a rich vanilla custard for the filling. The Torta della Nonna is a type of pie filled with this delightful custard, topped with a layer of pastry and pine nuts. It quickly became one of my favorite desserts. We finished the class by enjoying the panna cotta and cake, paired with a wonderful cappuccino (tea, milk, and soft drinks were also available), and we took home our cakes and cookies made from the leftover dough. It was an exceptional class with fantastic teachers. Sara and Anna showed great attention to detail and a passion for cooking that was contagious. This is an experience to do and redo soon! GRAZZIE
  • 5/5 from Dipna Wess, attended Feb 2025: Today, we were transported into Grandma’s kitchen by Sara and Anna. If you have a passion for desserts, this is the class for you. We made coffee panna cotta and Torta della Nonna (Grandma’s cake) from scratch (shortcrust pastry, custard, everything from A to Z). It was a wonderful and fascinating class. At the end, we enjoyed the panna cotta and a slice of cake, tasting them with a delicious cappuccino. We also took home the cake and the cookies we had made. What can I say? Wow! Highly recommended!!
  • 5/5 from Carolyn Hadjigeorgiu, attended Jan 2025: I took part in this amazing cooking class today, and I’m so excited! We made torta della nonna, crem pasticciera (italian custard), and coffee panna cotta. I was really impressed because we actually made everything ourselves from scratch. I’ve been to other cooking classes before, but this one was on a whole other level—super well-organized and truly hands-on (which, trust me, isn’t always the case—I’ve paid way more for classes where I just watched or had to share my station with four other people. Here, everyone had their own space, stove, and equipment). Long story short, the desserts were delicious, the class was super fun and interesting, and Sara and Anna are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone, whether you’re a foodie or just looking for something fun to do. I’ve already signed up for their Pesto Party Dinner class and can’t wait! Definitely recommend!
  • 5/5 from Emily Rowe, attended Jan 2025: This class was so simple and delicious. The teachers are lovely and we will be back again!

CIAO,
We are Anna and Sara, and we would like to tell you about our dream….
Our meeting seemed to us to be a special gift from the stars, a benevolent sign from those who watch over us from above.
An opportunity that ensured two different but deeply similar souls intertwined their destinies, through the sharing of emotions, memories, and experiences; a common thread featuring food in its deepest and most visceral essence. A sort of emotional facilitator, which allowed each of us to tell our story, mirror each other and feel welcome and free to express our imperfect uniqueness.
Our intent is to transmit the knowledge and flavours of Italian traditions through our cooking classes, our passion and our experience as chefs.
We don't believe it's necessary to be a qualified chef with 5-star experience to be great in the kitchen.
We would like to share simple, appetising and replicable recipes with you that nourish your heart and palate and convey emotions and memories.
We organise a range of Italian cooking classes in which we demonstrate and explain what to do and while you cook under our guidance and supervision.
Together, we cook, then eat and taste what has been prepared, accompanied by a glass of Italian wine or a drink that we offer you – just as we would in Italy when friends and guests come to our home.
You’ll get a recipe book for the class you attended so you can replicate any dish whenever you want to – without any doubt or hesitation.
To ensure you're well looked after during your cooking experience, you'll work at your private bench space in a class with a maximum of 12-14 participants.
All recipes are hands-on, meaning you’ll be cooking with us and following our traditional Italian family recipes, using only the highest-quality ingredients. We just ask you to bring your willingness to learn and your biggest smile!
From Friday night feasts to dessert-making experiences, our classes are created to maximise your enjoyment in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere –because we think having fun is the key to living life to the fullest.
Cooking is a matter of ability, passion and love. If you enjoy what you do, your dish becomes something beautiful and tasty. Cooking with other people makes this even more enjoyable and fun.
You know what "origins" means – and we chose this name because we wanted to pay homage to our Italian origins, celebrating the people who gifted us our passion for cooking, food and being in the kitchen. After all, nothing can be created without gratitude and love.
Sara and Anna.
