Learn about Japan's traditional food culture when you learn to cook traditional Japanese street food and enjoy eating your creations at this Japanese cooking class in Holland Park.

You will learn how to make delicious takoyaki, three types of onigiri, and comfort food tonjiru soup (pork miso soup) while enjoying Japan's traditional food culture.

Don't worry if you're new to cooking or Japanese cuisine, our experienced chef will guide you through the process and make sure you feel confident while cooking.

Takoyaki is one of Japan's best-known street foods. Whether you make a traditional style with bits of octopus or not, these ball-shaped dumplings are fun to make with your friends and family!

Tonjiru soup is a Japanese pork miso soup that is popular year-round. It was featured in the popular Netflix show "Midnight Dinner, " where the chef added his own personal touch to the dish. Tonjiru is a comforting and nostalgic Japanese home-cooked meal that is enjoyed by many.

Private class: We are happy to offer a private class where we come to your home to teach. Please note that in addition to the class fee, a travel fee (Ballina $50, Lismore $60) will be charged for private classes. If hiring a venue is necessary, it's also possible, so please inquire about it.
