Private class: We are happy to offer a private class where we come to your home to teach. Please note that in addition to the class fee, a travel fee (Ballina $50, Lismore $60) will be charged for private classes. If hiring a venue is necessary, it's also possible, so please inquire about it.

Keita Kujiura is over 15 years experience professional Japanese chef with passion for spreading charms of Japanese cuisine all over the world.

He started learning Japanese cuisine from 18 years old at a long-established restaurant in Japan.It was then when Keita found his passion for cooking and all things kitchen related.

Since 2015 Keita has moved the main base to Australia from Japan and started working as a sushi chef at popular sushi restaurant in Byronbay.

Nowadays, Keita is teaching his skill and knowledge about Japanese cuisine at cooking class and treating locals to dish by private chef.His aim is promoting Japanese food culture for locals.
