What you'll do
If you want to learn a new creative skill and have a sweet tooth, you'll want to join this cake decorating class in Woolloongabba.
In this class, you will learn to make buttercream to decorate a prepared cake, which will give up-to 12 generous serves. You will learn how to mask and decorate with buttercream to achieve a watercolour cake design effect.
This cake design is perfect for any kind of celebration and will take your desserts to the next level. If you're looking for fun things in Brisbane to do or birthday party ideas, you'll have fun and learn to decorate a cake in this hands-on workshop!

My love of baking was formed at a very young age and some of my fondest memories as a child are when I was helping my Mother and Grandmother in the kitchen. Whilst I love all forms of cooking, baking is my favourite. I love to try new recipes and techniques and have developed some of my own recipes.
My decorating skills were not always as they are now but I always strived to improve. It was by accident, after a friend gifted me a decorating class almost 10 years ago, that I fell in love with cake decorating. Since then, I have sought out opportunities to improve my skills and have attended decorating classes with internationally renowned decorators.
