Letterpress Printing Workshop - Note Books

You'll have lots of fun using our gorgeous vintage printing press machines to create beautiful hand-printed notepads. Such a lovely way to make a gift for yourself...or someone else! Choose from our range of designs and colours to create something really unique and special!

Our printing machines, between 60 to 120 years old, have been lovingly restored to their former glory and are such a joy to use! We take a maximum of four students per workshop, and we'll guide you each step of the way.

Here's what happens in this interactive workshop:

• You'll choose your favourite design from our range of unique notepad templates.
• Then you'll select your ink colour and get busy using a spatula to prepare the printing machine.
• Carefully and supervised, of course, you'll use the paper guillotine to cut the paper into the right print size.
• We'll show you how to set up your notepad for the perfect print, and away you go!
• Then into the second part of printing, you emboss a lovely pattern for the background of your notepads using our second and bigger printer.
• Now is the final part, where we'll use the paper scoring and the punch corner to do the final touch!

This workshop is perfect for absolute beginners or clever clogs who've got some letterpress printing experience.
