What you'll do
While learning drawing, painting, and collage techniques, you will also be introduced to the concept of mindfulness and ways to intuitively use art materials to creatively celebrate ‘being present’ in your world. These ‘little books’ are the perfect vessel for exploring the concept of gratefulness.By the end of the session, you will have finished your first ‘little book’ that can be saved as a keepsake for yourself or given as a gift to a loved one. All abilities will be catered for, and every book can be unique. I love to give participants the freedom to choose colours and symbols that are individual and meaningful so you can create something personal OR you can copy my ideas and examples. You’ll discover how these gorgeous miniature books can be adapted to suit other themes and how easy it will be to create more in the future, at home. Absolute beginners welcome.
