Make Three Stacking Rings Workshop

Create three unique rings to wear and mix and match using sterling silver, copper, or both in Bendigo

2 hours Class size 1 to 4 guests

  $210 (Afterpay available)

Design your stacking ring at Bendigo Pottery, one of Australia's most historic and inspiring arts destinations!
You'll create three fine 1.5mm stacking rings, choosing a different wire style or design for each ring to create a stack that's completely your own.
Choose from a selection including smooth round wire, twisted wire, pear/beaded wire, or learn how to create your own wave pattern by shaping the metal by hand.
Mix silver and copper, combine different textures and profiles, or keep all three beautifully simple. Each ring is individually made, so although they're designed to sit beautifully together, they can also be worn on their own or mixed with rings you already have.
What to expect:
  • Three handmade stacking rings to take home on the day
  • Two hours of expert, one-on-one or small-group guidance, max four participants
  • All professional jewellery tools and equipment
  • Sterling silver materials included
  • A friendly, relaxed, and creative environment
What you'll get
Three finished copper or sterling silver rings to take home.

Hi, I’m Emily West
I’m an artisan jeweller and silversmith based at Bendigo Pottery, where I’ve been creating and selling handcrafted jewellery for over 14 years.
My creative journey began with a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Ceramics) and Honours studies, where I developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, materiality and the handmade process. While my early practice focused on clay, I eventually fell in love with metal and the endless possibilities of transforming recycled silver and gold into wearable art.
Teaching has become a natural extension of my practice. I love watching people discover skills they never knew they had and experience the satisfaction of creating something beautiful with their own hands. There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing a student leave with a ring they’ve made themselves and a newfound confidence in their creativity.
My workshops are intentionally small and relaxed, (Max 4) allowing plenty of individual guidance. Whether you’ve never picked up a jeweller’s tool before or you’re simply looking for a unique creative experience, I’ll guide you through every step of the way
