Learn About Matcha's History and Benefits
We’ll begin the session with a gentle introduction to matcha — what it is, where it comes from, and how it has been enjoyed through history. You’ll then prepare your own matcha and enjoy a calm moment before moving into the creative part of the workshop.
Choose a Ceramic Mug or Matcha Bowl Bowl and Paint It
In the second part, you’ll paint your own ceramic piece — choose between a mug or a matcha bowl and create your own design using beautiful colours and simple techniques. You can sketch your design first and then bring it to life with guided support.
No Experience Is Needed
All materials and step-by-step guidance are included.
Perfect for a Creative Date, a Catch-up with Friends or a Relaxing Solo Activity
Whether you're planning to go solo, bring your bes-TEA or a loved one – this is the perfect definition of creative, slow weekend activity.

Your teacher
We started with one tin of matcha and ended up hosting rooms full of people. We’re Dönay and Mete, the couple behind NOA Matcha. We’re both engineers and together, we’ve spent more than six years running workshops and travelling the world. Along the way, we found our calm in Bali while training in yoga and meditation. We wanted to combine the calming ritual of ceremonial matcha with the mindful joy of ceramic painting, creating a two-hour experience where people can slow down, connect and make something beautiful.Today, we bring this experience to more than 15 cities across Australia.Come sip, paint and breathe with us.
