Led by experienced artist Dawn Whitehand, this four-part mosaic course will have you making a mosaic tray that will combine a range of tesserae (mosaic tiles) including pottery shards, glass tiles, pebbles and more. Make a unique piece for your home or a gift for a loved one!
The course will run over four weeks on the following schedule:
- Week one: Develop design and sketch onto a substrate, and begin arranging tesserae.
- Week two: Finish arranging design and begin adhering your design.
- Week three: Finish adhering your design
- Week four: Grout your finished mosaic.
Give your mosaic a personalised touch and bring along anything special you want to include into your finished piece!
Discover the expressive mosaic medium and experience its de-stressing and calming effects in this fun mosaic course. You'll take home your beautiful mosaic piece and valuable knowledge and confidence to keep mastering your new hobby!
