Hi, I’m Natasha – a passionate cook, forager, and educator based in Gippsland, Victoria.
My love for food and nature started in childhood, growing up surrounded by home gardeners, cooks, and curious minds. But it wasn’t until I discovered the world of wild mushrooms that my true obsession began. What started as a personal curiosity quickly turned into a mission to help others forage safely and confidently, without the fear or confusion that often comes with identifying wild fungi.
Since 2018, I’ve been running hands-on cooking classes, foraging workshops, and private food experiences throughout Gippsland. I’ve been featured in the media, including ABC Radio and local news, for my work teaching mushroom safety and identification. I love nothing more than watching people light up when they realise just how much edible nature is hiding in plain sight.
I create my workshops to be accessible, beginner-friendly, and grounded in science – no guessing, no myths, just practical knowledge you can apply right away. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to deepen your connection to local food, I’d love to share my experience with you.
I look forward to meeting you on a walk or at one of my workshops soon!
