I’m a Danish macrame artist located in Wollongong. I started my business Nordland Design almost three years ago after having my first child and feeling a surge of creative energy and drive within. I have always been a creative person and maker of all sorts, and when I started doing macrame I felt like I could truly believe in my skills and intuition. To me, macrame became more than a hobby, as I began to feel calmer and more grounded with every knot. It became a tool for clarity and mindfulness.
