I’m Molly Henderson, founder of Outdoor Yoga Queensland, creating immersive Silent Disco Yoga experiences that blend movement, music, and nature.
I started this work from a very simple place: a deep love of yoga, music, and being outdoors. Over time, I realised I felt most alive practising yoga in nature—on the beach, under trees, or overlooking the ocean—rather than in mirrored studio spaces. That shift changed everything for me. It made me understand the true healing power of practising in natural environments, where you can actually feel part of something bigger.
I love teaching because I get to witness people soften and reconnect—leaving class more present, open, and grounded than when they arrived.
Over the past 6+ years, I’ve shared Silent Disco Yoga experiences across Europe at festivals including Paradise City Festival and Tomorrowland Festival, led corporate wellbeing sessions for teams at Pfizer, Sony, and Tinder, and taught hundreds of joyful bachelorette yoga mornings paired with brunch celebrations.
Alongside this, I’m a RYT 500 trained teacher through Evolation Yoga, with a foundation in movement through my BA in Dance Performance at Rambert Ballet School, and over 10 years touring internationally as a professional dancer with Royal Caribbean International.
I’ve spent years leading immersive yoga retreats around the world, and now I bring that same depth into more intimate boutique experiences back home in Noosa, Australia—where I grew up. These sessions weave together yoga, breathwork, nature, and sound, grounded in the landscapes that first inspired me.
