Your teacher
My passion lies in guiding others to discover their own creative journeys.Creativity has always appealed to me—I was just five or six when my mother taught me how to knit. As I grew, I explored pottery and jewellery making during my teenage years. At eighteen, I completed a Fashion Careers TAFE course and started sewing my own clothes. Now, in my fifties, I can look back on a wide range of creative hobbies: from soft crafts and card making to decorating cookies. Running my own catering business for a decade gave me endless opportunities for culinary creativity. Over the years, I have dabbled in painting, macramé, miniatures, photography, floral design and much more. Although I don’t sew my own clothes anymore, my mind is still brimming with ideas. That’s why I decided it was time to create a space where I could truly pursue what I love most and share these activities with others who are similarly inspired.And so, Clovelly Studio was born.
