What you'll do
Draw it, ink it, paint it with watercolours. Watercolour is a fantastic medium for painting, and with this beginner-friendly paint and sip class, you'll be surprised to discover how much fun and how rewarding watercolour painting can be!
You'll have a lot of fun, because with good instruction watercolour painting is easier than it appears and these houses, lighthouses, and homes are easy to draw.
You're a total beginner? You're in the right place! However, it would be awesome if you have done our watercolour basics class first. You will walk away feeling proud that you have drawn, painted and inked some lovely artworks. We will educate your 'artist's brain' to see and paint like an artist.
You will:
- Practice the basics of watercolour painting
- Practice some drawing skills needed to draw and ink architecture
- Use your newly acquired skills to draw and paint a scene
- Add ink to your paintings
Our primary aim is to get you painting and having fun, then we will add in bits and pieces of information should people in the group want to go further with watercolour, but... our primary objective is to get you painting and having fun!!
While this class is squarely aimed at the beginner, small class sizes and a flexible format mean that experienced artists will also find this class fun and rewarding.
Gather your friends for a fun and rewarding few hours of painting and sipping, whether you're after unique birthday party ideas, hens party ideas or even casual team building activities.
At the end of the class, you'll take home some A5 watercolour paintings, as well as the skills and confidence to continue exploring this relaxing medium.
Watercolour means that you can dress up, free from the worry of ruining your clothing!
West End is super central and there are many bars and restaurants to head out to before or after your class.
