Dee is attuned to Dragon Medicine and intuitively guides you to meet your own as she journeys with you. She intuitively receives guidance that she speaks aloud through words, sound and energy work. Like any shamanic meditation, it is something to be experienced through the creative mind and not purely rationally. It is however, beyond spiritual belief and much is supported by research on somatics.

The meditation is shamanic based as it connects one to our inner nature and the spirit within. One needn't be an official shaman to guide others into knowing their own truth. The journey utilises drumming and journeying into the lower and upper worlds which is very shamanic in nature and so I'd like to give respect where it is due.
