Introducing a traditional Ukrainian tribute to the Northern Harvest.

What you'll do
Join experienced Ukrainian artist Elizabeth Gunko for a 3-hour, beginner-friendly workshop and create a vibrant painting in the traditional Ukrainian painting style 'Petrykivka'. During this workshop, you will learn more about ancient Ukrainian culture and the symbolism of this unique folk art style, which is recognised by UNESCO as heritage.
Using acrylic paints on canvas, you will complete a gorgeous wreath of sunflowers and wheat sheaves, whose significance pays tribute to the traditions of the Northern Harvest.
Your tutor will lead you through the painting process with great detail and show you all the secrets of this special technique. By the end of the lesson, you will leave with a finished painting, new skills and knowledge, and inspiration to do more at home!
