I’m a self-taught baker who loved creating and offering custom cakes between 2010 and 2014. In 2019, I decided to give royal icing cookies a try, and it was love at first spread! Since then, I haven’t looked back.

Over the past five years, I’ve been teaching both public and private cookie decorating classes, sharing my love of royal icing with students of all levels. As a self-taught cookier, I’ve faced plenty of challenges and “oops” moments along the way, but those experiences gave me the knowledge and tricks to guide others through the learning curve with ease. I know the questions, the confusion, and the sticky situations, and I also know how to help you move past them so you can enjoy the fun, creative, and therapeutic side of decorating.

I offer seasonal public classes and year-round private workshops, from one-on-one lessons and small gatherings to corporate team-building sessions and even demonstrations for 800+ people at city council events.
