This resin homewares workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to try resin art or those wanting to enhance their current skills, and you’ll make a matching serving set you can showcase at your next dinner party or a personal handmade gift to give to a loved one!
Our resin art workshops are run in small groups so you get personalised assistance to ensure you get the most out of the experience.
What you will learn:
- An introduction to the fluid art of resin
- Explore different techniques and effects you can create when working with resin
- Learn to work on a variety of surfaces - we will take you through all of the steps required to create
Guidance and assistance from an experienced artist

Lake Macquarie/ Newcastle based artist, Chris has a clear passion for art
Creativity has always played an important role in her life and she
started early, winning her first art award in 1983, before moving onto
other areas of design over the years
In recent years, she has developed a passion for fluid art using a variety
of mediums including resin
With a desire to bring joy to the world, one piece of art at a time, in 2018, Chris founded Allettare Designs, a predominately functional and visual art business that has a focus on creating distinctive, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Chris loves nothing more than sharing the experience with her clients
as she brings their vision to life, delighting in their enjoyment as they
receive that exclusive piece created especially for them.
For two years running, Allettare Dezigns was announced as a finalist in the Local Business Awards for the Hunter Region
Chris is keen to share her passion for fluid art with others and now also
teaches workshops from February to August each year from her studio based in Cardiff NSW.
