Brazilian Samba is a fabulous way to get fit, learn about a new culture and get in touch with your inner dancing Queen!

Join me, Australia’s very first Rio Carnival Muse, as I take you from the absolute basics until performance level of this beautiful dance style, and introduce you to a whole new world of music, movement and vibrancy, which is the essence of Brazil!

For the past 15 years, I’ve taught thousands of women from all over the world to move and express themselves, so you’ll be in excellent hands!

I have also studied extensively under the guidance of Brazilian Samba Queens, developing exclusive business contacts with the Carnival industry and becoming fluent in Brazilian Portuguese. For the past 9 years I have conducted my Sambaliscious Rio Tours, which have introduced over 500+ foreigners to the magnificent city of Samba!

We decided to do the Samba class as part of our office Xmas party activities, and everyone had an absolute blast! Mandy was a great teacher, she got us all pumped up and laughing as we attempted to match her energy and get the hang of some Samba basics. 3 recommendations if you're taking this class: Don't forget your water bottle, expect to work up a bit of a sweat, and DO NOT miss the warm up! (If you have tight hips or calves, you might want to stretch beforehand as well, they're going to get a workout!). This class is a lot of fun, we would definitely recommend!
