Sarah Whitlock

I had a lot of fun doing this class! Sarah is an amazing, bubbly, knowledge and lively teacher and she made the class very engaging! She had a variety of options for oils, decorations and bottles giving us control over what we were making, to get the most enjoyable result :))

Sarah was very friendly and knowledgeable, the small class sizes mean that you get the opportunity to ask questions. Happy with my perfumes :)

Sarah was so warm and inviting with so much knowledge of her craft and how to apply it. She made sure we loved each product and I will absolutely book again! Everything was provided and the venue was perfect too.

Sarah was lovely and answered all of our questions, she was educated on the product she was using and having us create for the workshop which was great.

There were a couple of things though I did feel would have been beneficial to know, such as, if usual premium glassware (as pictured) wasn’t available (which it wasn’t when we arrived, a couple bottles were just slightly bigger, not clear like the image). I assumed we’d have nice clear bottles to show off the pretty florals (just like the image) that is why I booked the workshop and drove all the way from the Gold Coast; they looked beautiful in the photos! And was exactly what I was looking for, but upon arrival the bottles were mostly coloured and solid, which was not what I thought I paid for and I couldn’t see any of the beautiful florals inside. The only clear containers were for the scrubs, which just look like a glass jar of coffee and salt. There isn’t any pretty stuff that goes in there anyway.

The venue was also a little sterile and bland, not much of an atmosphere being at the back of a library in what seemed like a lunch room. I had higher expectations for the price I paid and feel I didn’t received what was pictured. If I had of known I wouldn’t have spent that much money and paid an extra $30 each person for ‘premium’ glassware, if that just meant a couple if the jars were simply, slightly bigger. I wouldn’t have spent even more on fuel and driven an hour and a half away from GC to Brisbane to attend to a library lunch room. It was a bit disappointing as it was also for my mother’s birthday.
