Whilst we appreciate the effort put into the evening by the team, service was a let down. For instance, we requested water three times but never got it. Same with ice. Plates removed after the canapes but not replaced with new ones for additional food served later - did not get the plates for a long time even after putting in a request and when the plates finally arrived there was no cutlery . In addition, whilst the team shared the history of the gind, there wasn't much with regards to tasting notes hence the actual tasting experience felt a very light. Normally, tasting notes are provided before each tasting. Also, the team should consider stocking and using the bar on the same floor as it will help them expedite client requests and make the experience more enjoyable.

George had a deep understanding of coffee - all the way from seed to cup -which was clearly evident from the rich insights that he provided throughout the session. In addition, he spent extra time after then session to address the queries from the group. Definitely recommended.
