What happens to unclaimed clothes?You may take any of your own unclaimed items home after the swap is declared complete. Any unclaimed items will be donated the same day to DoOp Shop just around the corner. DoOp Shop is an op-shop with a difference! They are a non-religious charity, donating directly to local causes.
What to bring
Here’s how it works:
Bring along 10 pieces of gently loved, freshly washed, and ironed clothing (no fast fashion or chain-store items, please!) and trade them for 10 tokens.
While we set up the racks, unleash your creativity by designing your very own statement necklace from a curated stash of gorgeous beads.
Sip on a welcome drink (coffee or juice from the cafe) as you connect with others and enjoy the vibe.
After the first hour, move into the swap market and let the swapping begin! Use your tokens to "shop" from a selection of stylish pieces brought by others.

My name is Kirsten. I live in Brisbane, Australia with my husband, daughter and Peanut, our sausage dog. I created Crafternoons with Kirst to give people in my community a chance to create in a non-judgmental, fun space while connecting with their inner artist through play and collaborating with friends. I have a background in Project Management and Communication and use these skills to host fun and engaging workshops but I also LOVE creating and want to pass this passion on.
