Materials supplied and taught and enjoyed with lots of love. The store is gorgeous too with interesting things to look at.

The class was relaxing and very easy to follow. A great morning to unwind and be creative in the beautiful setting of Mt Tamborine.

The atmosphere was relaxing and beautifully set up. We had a great selection of drinks — from coffee to tea — and got to create our own unique candles with different scents, herbs, and crystals. It was such a fun and creative experience. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for something special and enjoyable to do!

Soy making candle class Polite, calm and approachable with ideas Lovely venue - able to look outside through a window and sit on cushions - lots of range of botanicals to add to candles Getting to take home lovely scented candles and the surprise of a free drink imcluded in the price!

There were lovely decorating options and we made 2 cup size candles and 2 tealight candles. The workshop does not take 2hrs though. The initial pouring of the candle takes approx 20min then you wait for about 30mins to set before decorating it which only took about 20mins. During break we got choice of 1 free non-alcoholic drink in the cute little cafe. Over all workshops was nice & it was a great experience to do once but I felt it was over very quickly & perhaps not the best value for money.

She creates such a lovely laid back environment where we could share and laugh and just make this beautiful experience we had today. It was so much fun and was so relaxing also. Decided to make these candles - the class was great and we enjoyed the decorating. Learnt a lot of tips and tricks for making candles at home. The venue was lovely and it was a great day out. No complaints.

The instructors were great and were able to answer any questions the class had and took the time to make sure were were getting the most from the experience. The class was really about preping the vessel and decorating the candle. I was expecting it to start at the preparation of the wax to the finished product but I still love what I achieved.

I ordered sandwiches, cheese platter and a savoury platter. We found the two platters disappointing. They were very similar to each other. I was expecting different foods on the savoury platter and they were very over priced for what you got.

We had a small group and everything started on time, the step by step instructions were clear and the setting and environment were conducive to the workshop.

She broke the whole process down and made everyone feel comfortable, which was wonderful. The materials were very high quality and there was a range of different options for decorating the candles. It was definitely great value for money and I also purhased the candle kit to take home, which has enough materials to create 6 candles. I highly recommend this class. Tamborine Mountain was such a lovely spot to go and explore afterwards, too.

The teacher was very helpful and willing to answer all our questions (even when the same one was asked multiple times). The candles we made were super cute and I loved how we could make tea light ones too.

The other two people meant to attend the lesson never showed, so we ended up having our own little private session! We both had such a lovely time and our teacher Hayley was so kind, patient, and thorough with explanations. We almost didn’t want the class to end. It’s something we had never done before, and completely outside of our comfort zones but we had the best time. Our teacher was the most beautiful person both inside and out, all equipment was supplied, and the class was at an easy pace anyone could keep up with. To anyone looking for a fun activity that’s relaxed and a slow paced this is 100% a must!
