Hi, I’m Gordon Chalmers, Head Distiller at Tamborine Mountain Distillery.I’m passionate about crafting unique spirits using Australian botanicals and sustainable practices. With a background in technology and process control, I love combining science and creativity to produce award-winning liqueurs and spirits.Teaching gives me the chance to share not just the craft, but the stories, flavours, and techniques behind each bottle.
