Hi, I’m Gordon Chalmers, Head Distiller at Tamborine Mountain Distillery.

I’m passionate about crafting unique spirits using Australian botanicals and sustainable practices. With a background in technology and process control, I love combining science and creativity to produce award-winning liqueurs and spirits.

Teaching gives me the chance to share not just the craft, but the stories, flavours, and techniques behind each bottle. Whether it’s a tasting, masterclass, or team event, I enjoy helping people learn, experiment, and discover the joy of distilling for themselves.
