What you'll do
Enhance your inner harmony and nourish a deeper connection with yourself at this Tea Ceremony Experience with The Rabbit Studio.
In this experience, you'll learn about the history and principles of Chado- the Way of Tea, before you enter the tea room.
During the traditional ceremony, you will be served a seasonal tea sweet before you have a ceremonial grade Matcha tea.
Afterwards, you can have a go at whisking Matcha the traditional way yourself. A friendly expert will also share with you all the other ways you can prepare Matcha in your home and guide you through a simple meditation that you can use on a daily basis.
Take some time to cultivate a little calm, relax and enjoy this unique tasting experience.

I am Geeta Harmon, and I believe happiness can be as simple as sharing a cup of tea!
My love of tea, its history and how it can be bought into our lives to serve as a way to connect with self and others came about after a serendipitous introduction to Chado ( The Way of Tea) seven years ago.
Being in a time of transition this chance introduction was a blessing. I knew at that moment to study The Sacred Way of Tea and offering it to others was the next path for my life.
Having come from a background in yoga, massage and energy work I hold a deep interest in people and their journeys. Stillness and holding a sacred space for others has been at the root of my healing work and now with the path of Chado.
I invite you to come to and experience the spiritual way of tea which is a mindfulness practice.
In a fast-paced world where often our relationships with friends and family may be hurried and snatched over a coffee in a cafe, I want to bring back the humble teacup.
In my youth, visitors would always be invited in for tea, the table was set with a tablecloth and the teapot was big and full. Nothing seemed hurried and conversations could unfold gently over numerous hot amber liquids. This is a faraway world from the noisy cafes, where conversation generally remains on the surface.
Attending a Tea Ceremony at my tranquil bespoke studio, you will experience a ritual that will enhance inner harmony and nourish a deeper connection with friends.
