What you'll do
Term 3 Kids Art Class These lessons are designed to emphasise the process of making, encourage experimentation with various materials, and foster individual self-expression. Artists will explore various techniques and experiment with a wide range of mediums including drawing, painting, watercolour, printmaking, mixed media and clay, all within a supportive environment.Classes are kept intentionally small to ensure one-on-one guidance and support for each artist is provided and have the freedom to explore their own ideas and interests. Hannah Simonovich is an Australian artist based in Newcastle, NSW, with over 20 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Newcastle and is currently pursuing a Masters in Art Therapy.In addition to her artistic practice, Hannah provides small group art lessons for children aged 5 to 17 years. Art lessons are designed to focus on individual self expression, the creative process, exploring different techniques and experimenting with a wide variety of mediums such as printmaking, painting, drawing, sculpture and ceramics all within a supportive environment. Hannah’s studio is located in Newcastle NSW, where art classes take place.
