What you'll do
Guided by the geometry of the star mandala, we will use bamboo sticks and yarn to create a physical representation of our personal journey. As you weave, you are creating a decorative piece; you are practising a "moving meditation" where every loop and knot represents a thought, a breath, and a moment of self-reflection.

Weaving Heartprints Across the CosmosThe journey of Starlight Mandala began at the intersection of science and soul. In 2022, inspired by an article by Dr. Beatriz Villarroel regarding "missing stars" in our universe, I felt a calling to bring that light back to Earth. I set out to craft 100 physical star mandalas to let her know they had been found. This "Cosmic Play" was sparked by the technical and heart-led teachings of my dear friends, Camila and Sauro, who taught me the true art of falling in love with weaving.With a passion for connecting kindred spirits, I have shared this meditative craft with hundreds of students across every age group—from the wonder-filled eyes of kindergarteners to the focused hands of high schoolers and adults.I believe in weaving heartprints of love and kindness. My classes are a space for connection, presence, and the joy of creating something that resonates with the rhythm of the universe.Star mandalas have traveled the world, having been exhibited in libraries across:Australia: Brisbane, Canberra, Tasmania, and PerthInternational: Romania and New ZealandCurrently, my work is dedicated to my most ambitious project yet: The Odyssey Starlight Mandala.
