Reviews from last weekend's activities

Emma Frisch

This was my favourite class I’ve been to - Glen is such a helpful instructor and was so patient/gave us plenty of opportunities to practice our skills before moving onto the leadlights. Our class size was small and the space was so beautiful!

My partner and I both loved making our unique rings. A big shout out to Abbie for making the class easy to follow, and to Angie for always being there to give us a helping hand. We'd recommend this experience to others - definitely give it a go!

We absolutely loved our class on Sunday with the lovely Mina! The time just flew as we relaxed and discovered the beauty of watercolours. Mina gently stepped us through the process, and as total beginners were we so happy with what we created! Mina was so encouraging and gave us plenty of time to play and experiment. What a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Based on friend’s recommendations I’ve been keen to try one of Merryls glass classes. I was greeted at the door a little earlier than my class at 6.30 by Merryl who invited me to explore the workshop whilst we waited for the other class members. There was a great explanation of the different techniques we’d be using to create our piece of artwork. I was thoroughly absorbed in the class from beginning  + more

What an awesome experience!! Angus was a superstar teacher, so helpful and had such fun vibes, highly recommend this experience. Love that you can throw as many pieces as you want and he really encouraged us. The whole experience made for a great day out 10/10!!

She was very informative and included everyone in the conversations and instructions given! I like how we had our own choice with the different scents

Loved the class! Rashmi is an excellent teacher with a wonderful enthusiasm for plants and creativity (and sharing plant knowledge). Class size (6) was great as it felt like a nice group activity even though I was on my own and didn't know anyone else there. Great setting, easy to get to, easy to book. Loved the personal touches! Thank Rashmi!!!
